Danita wrote this book during her time of singleness in order to inspire other Christians who are in the midst of seeking answers from God after great loss. Although not your typical ‘love’ story, Danita expresses her journey in an authentic way. As a misguided youth, single woman, ex-wife, and a baby momma (BM), the author describes her unpredictable journey to love and self-discovery. This is a true story told from one person’s perspective that focuses on faith, personal development, self-reflection, and practical wisdom with Biblical truths. Be open to the possibility of doing life different in order to get the most out of your experiences and unlock your true identity.
Rejection has been present in the author’s life from a very early age and although it felt unfair and overwhelming at times, it was also preparation for God’s favor – something the world cannot comprehend and often despises. Therefore, when it was time for elevation – which sometimes calls for isolation – there may be conspiring plans against our potential. However, developing a habit of forgiveness with release of bitterness, anger, and condemnation allows for the development of a most effective leader and vessel for the Kingdom of God.
