This is good information, very helpful and gets you to look at things from a different perspective, and also covers the little things that make all the difference.

Incredible listen with a wealth of information.

This book is filled to the brim with useful information for first time dads. It is a must read for anyone who is becoming or is already a father. Not only about being a present father, but about doing the most to support your partner and fostering an environment of love, care, and success.

Wonderfully written, informative, and provides elaborative, thoughtful commentary.

Full of great advice!

As my wife and I are planning on having our first child, this book was full of great advice and wisdom. Becoming a first time parent is both the scariest and most exciting time in life. After listening to this book it made me feel better knowing that I am not going in blind and have some great advice to go off of.

Book starts off slow but gets better

Nephew suggested that I read or listen to this. He’s a first time dad who has a child younger than 12mo and I on the other hand, mother of 2, eldest will be a teenager this year. It’s a quick read so finished it in a couple days. In the beginning it does go over important stuff like what to bring to the hospital, etc. but about 1/3 way through it definitely had more depth and it was interesting to see how much this book can do to help and support the mother during pregnancy and after the child arrives. Great listen for first time parents.

Practicle Advice

I enjoyed listening to the storyteller. The advice given was practical and useful, not only for the birth, but throughout parenthood.
As a female and mother, I would have loved if my ex husband received this advice before we had children.
The part of helping your wife and working as a team would have saved our marriage.

Need to read for first time dads!

My husband and I read this book when we were expecting our first child together. And again when our child is 2 months old. It goes through everything a husband should know to help his wife through pregnancy and when the baby is born. It helped my husband understand the changes my body and emotions are going through. This book gave us advice on how to take care and protect our marriage while expecting and parenting. And of course this book helps prepare him to be an engaging and highly involved father. We recommend this book for all future and present parents!
