The best yet

Love the continued use of the cast of characters, expanding the town. Elements of danger, exciting action and even comedy. It's like I know these people, know how they'll react.

The Weapons Expert and the Royal Guard

Sophie and Nash didn't get much of a chance to act on their feelings years ago due to personal fears but two years later, Nash learns of the danger Sophie is in and rushes to help her. This is one of the more action packed books in the series with two total bad ass characters. I love how strong women are portrayed in Kathleen Brooks' novels and the utter sex appeal of the men. There doesn't appear to be anyone who is average (except maybe Deputy Dinky and his family) in Keenston and you get to see a lot of it in this book in particular.

Narration by Eric G. Dove is always on point!

Another wonderful story from Keeneston

Kathleen Brooks always brings Keeneston, KY to life. This was Nash and Sophie's story, but who's next? Can't wait to find out!

An excellent addition to a terrific series. Sophie is such a strong woman and very smart. she is determined and stubborn. So much so that she turned away from love to her regret. Now she has another chance, will she take it while she can?

There is a large inconsistency that I could not overlook when rating this story.

As with most of the stories in this series, this story stands on it's own but is enhanced when read in series.

Hold On To Your Seat!

You're in for an exciting ride! I love it when a book grabs my attention right from the beginning and holds it right to the end. Forever Secret certainly did that and more. I could hardly contain myself from fast forwarding to know what was going to happen next...but of course didn't want to miss anything. From edge of your seat suspense, an amazing town of people and laugh out loud scenes, the story grabs your attention and doesn't let it go. This is definitely my favorite book in the Forever series and in my opinion it is definitely a must listen. Thank you Kathleen Brooks for giving us such wonderful stories to get lost in! Eric G. Dove once again outdoes himself with his amazing narration!

Love love love

I absolutely love all of the books in the Keenston series (and original series). Everything from Kathleen Brooks is a must read! Perfect balance of romance, laughter, and suspense.

Laugh! Cringe! and Celebrate!

My kids think their mom is crazy at times. It will be all quite in the house and I spontaneously laugh out loud breaking the silence. Not as much from The Rose Sisters in this book but there is always a laugh or whack of the broom or spoon.

Follow this series!!!!!!! Seriously start it now!

Would you consider the audio edition of Forever Secret to be better than the print version?

I tend to prefer the audio version personally because I can "read" while I am doing anything.

What did you like best about this story?

I love the strength of the characters. Each character is built out and ones you love and grow to love even more during the novel and series.

Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite scene was when you discover just how smart and strong Sophie is as she controls the scene with the gun she designed.
