Gabe and Evette

Sebastian York and Janine Granda did an amazing job on this book!! This gritty, suspenseful story was the perfect book in this series!

Evette was a reporter who loved getting down to the bottom of things. She wanted to always tell stories that had meaning but also told the truth. Evette's friends were taken and she wanted to get to the bottom of what happened but by doing this she became the target. Knowing she only had a few people to count on, she contacted the team for help or did she need them to be on the sidelines while she did what she wanted to do?

Gabe is an alpha who gets what he wants and the pull between the two of them. They both knew what needed to be done and they fought what was meant to be. Gabe knew what could happen and what it may mean to both him and Evette. Gabe and Evette was in the for so many things that they never saw coming! Could they beat the odds? Will they survive what's coming?

This is a must read/listen to story that makes this series better! I can't wait for the next book in this series, Myles!!

Extraordinary!

Sebastian York and Janine Granda bravo to you both for this performance and Riley this has become my favorite book, a true Romantic Suspense story!

Meet Evette London, a reporter for a Non-Partisan Media Group called “The Wire". Her curious nature is what makes her a good reporter, but it is also what gets her in deep trouble. She sets out to find out what happened to her friend who was captured by rebel forces and In doing so someone sets out to kill her.

She reaches out to her friend Anaya's husband and his Alpha Z Corp Special Forces team for help.
That is how she meets Gabe to who feels an automatic pull towards Evette. At first, they both fight their attraction towards one another but Zane, Gabe' friend and boss intercedes to get Gabe to admit his feelings. Once they finally give in the heat level turns way up to Inferno magnitude and they both fall hard and deeply in love.

This book is well written and narrated I had a hard time putting it down! Loved it!

GREAT Love Story

Gabe & Evette's story was beautiful & eventful! There was humor, spice and a GREAT storyline to boot!! Sebastian & Janine did a fantastic job Narrating & it added to the Fantastic Story Riley has written!!!

Love Gabe!

i loved this book! i was so happy to see my favorite Zane and his sarcasm. Between him and Evette i did a lot of laughing. This book had all the feels, suspense, really hot moments and of course the ugly cry at the 3/4 way through. Gabe’s words and intensity was very hot. He had such a rough childhood but when he met Evette, smoldering. This is a standalone book but we get to see characters from Susan Stoker’s world and others from other teams that Riley writes about. There are so many lines that made me laugh that i want to quote in here but i can’t it would be a spoiler but let’s just say the hospital scene with Gabe and Zane had me laughing very hard. You will know when you read it. Get the book, it’s fantastic!

Loved Gabe & Evette!

The nosy investigative journalist and the closed-off operator were a terrific couple. I was expecting Gabe’s insta-protector personality, but I was not prepared for the bad bish, ferocious protector side of Evette. If you’re looking for a spicy suspense romance that tugs at the heartstrings and will make your heart race, get your hands on Gabe today!

Janine Granda’s performance as Evette was chilling from the moment I pressed play. She played Evette’s delightfully adorkable, self-deprecating, courageous queen character perfectly. Sebastian York gave an awesome performance as the growly, smitten, powerhouse, Gabe. I’m enjoying the balance of Janine and Sebastian in the Blue Team series. I can’t wait to hear more from this amazing duo.

Fantastic Book!

Wow, I love to hear Sabastian York narrate!!! Put his voice to Gabe’s character, holy hotness!!! Yes, I have listened to this and Sabastian York and Janine Granda are working again giving us an incredible insight of these two characters!
Gabe!! Oh my, what can I say Riley other than it was incredible to see a strong man like him fall so deeply in love with someone. I think he is one of my favorite characters of yours!
Evette finds herself in danger and she goes to the only place she knows that can help her and keep her safe.
Gabe and Evette see each other for the first time and sparks fly but Gabe is headstrong and has no plans of being in a committed relationship, well up until Evette comes into his life!
Another great book Riley Edwards!!!

Couldn't Stop Listening!

Gabe and Evette find themselves in the middle of Z corp with sparks flying between them while briefing the team on the danger Evette is in. Evette is a strong independent woman who doesn’t back down easily but she can admit when she needs help. Gabe isn’t looking for forever and Evette lives across the country. But these two are prefect for each other and their love story is entertaining! I have to say I have always loved Zane and his part in this book had me falling more. This audiobook had me enthralled from the very beginning and I felt all the emotions! I can’t wait to see what happens when the rest of the team falls because the payback/banter is hilarious!

Outstanding

Evette is the perfect woman to be paired with Gabe. Riley Edwards brings their story alive. And, I have to say I love Zane! Sebastian York and Janine Granda are fabulous narrators.

Another captivating Riley Edwards hit

Another captivating Riley Edwards hit. Sparks fly between Gabe and Evette immediately and Zane wastes no time homing in on it. I love Zane's presence in the stories and the banter and humor all members of Z Corps always provide creating a perfect mix of laughter with the harrowing action, danger, and edge ofyour seat suspense. Evette is a strong, independent, determined woman who penetrates Gabe's walls around his heart...but they must survive the threats before they can secure their unexpected HEA. I loved the twist in "roles" in this book, but won't say more not to spoil it. Can't wait for next up in these audios as I always LOVE Sebastian York's narration and Janine Granda also does outstanding work bringing the characters to life!

Great story

I loved the characters and the storyline. I’m looking forward to listening to the next book.
