Why gratitude is highly important? If people would understand the importance of gratitude, we could live a much better abundant, peaceful, and joyful life. It is easy to go hard on yourself for what you do not have and not appreciate what you do have. It is easy not to appreciate others for the phenomenal jobs they do, and be criticized and ignorant. But the bottom line is to realise the power of gratitude, use it, and improve your life as early as possible.

One well-known Indian yogi, mystic Sadguru said that unfortunately, people of different ages have not learned fundamental principles of how to live an abundant, peaceful life. How to control your feelings and emotions. Sadguru says that if you are 12 years old and do not know something, it is understandable. But when you are 50, 60, or 70 years old and still have not figured out how to control your feelings and emotions to live a peaceful and joyful life, it is a tragedy.

And so, we have to switch on full awareness of the importance of gratitude, and then move in the direction to improve our life. Listening to gratitude affirmations daily is the key. Keep reminding yourself and be happy for what you already have, and for good people in your circle doing great things. You can start from very little, but massively important, be grateful for the life you have. You can breathe, you can eat, can walk, you can talk, you can reproduce, etc. And that is not a small possibility. Many people have restricted possibilities. Many people are not on this planet anymore. Because you are alive, that is a good place to start for what to be grateful for. And now, let’s dive into gratitude affirmations.

Manifesting through gratitude

Oh, the infinite power of gratitude. At this point in life I firmly believe that abiding by a gratitude mindset can create incredible opportunities and changes in my life. 'Gratitude Affirmations' is a gorgeous listen which provides a path to reaching this mindset in an effortless and positive way. I can sit and listen to one chapter at a time (or several) and reboot when feeling overwhelmed with life. It is a highly grounding audiobook that I've truly enjoyed.

Gratitude Is More Important Now Than Ever Before!

In this spiritually dying society, unhappiness and a lack of peace are everywhere, even in so called wealthy, first world societies! This beautifully produced audiobook is a brilliant reminder of the value and importance of gratitude in our daily lives, in order to find more meaning and joy and abundance in our lives.

I found this book extremely helpful because I often have trouble controlling my thoughts and emotions (especially the negative ones!), and much of my time and energy are stolen from me in carrying the weight of them. Simply going through the modest discipline of reciting and listing the things I'm grateful for in my life has realigned my spirit and restored my peace. It takes constant practice, but with a little discipline this skill is priceless. Highly Recommend!

I’m grateful for this audiobook!

We cannot underestimate the power of gratitude in our lives! While listening to these gratitude affirmations, I felt myself slip into a state of calm and appreciation that I have not experienced before. I do believe that gratitude does help to keep us healthy on all levels and I’m excited to see the results over the long term while listening to this book every day!

Positive Vibes

Great way to start or end your day! Or really any time you need a pick me up. I enjoy listening to this in the vehicle on the way to work...just helps get me in a good mindset to start my day on a positive note!

Really helps you to be grateful

I recently started working to at least find five things to be grateful about each day. Around the same time, I got this book and I could not be happier for it. This book helped me to reflect on my life. I feel like I will be listening to it again every couple of weeks. It left me feeling in such a positive headspace and I want to keep that.
