Over time, he and Chaco overcome their initial tensions to form an extraordinary companionship, embarking on shared adventures, revealing the potential for an unconventional bond.

As Stanton plans to unite Gruff and Chaco with his sister, the trio traverses various terrains, braving winter's savagery and welcoming spring's rebirth.
