Guns of the mountain man
This is another good book about Smoke. Pearly and Cal are in this book a lot. Lazarus Cain comes after Smoke with a small army with plans on stealing the gold off of the Sugar Loaf. Cal gets shot and Smoke and Pearly with help from some Friends especially Joey takes on the whole gang. There are several narrators in this book. Good-bye Fantana.
Good book. Way too short. A whole chapter was dedicated to stuff from other books which I had already listened to. I was a fitting end to the town of Fantana. It was good that Cal survived his good his gun wound. I like the banter between Cal and Perley.
