Trite but fun summer read

Formulaic and predictable. Not much of a “twist” at the end. No real character development. That said, the writing itself is good and engaging. Pretty much in line with the genre.

Excellent detail and story telling!

I loved all of the detail and the character development in this book. I also loved the storytelling of the area and the detail in the area where the story took I loved everything about this book. The narration was perfect. I hope to see more from this duo of authors.

Absolutely fantastic! What a read!

I loved this book! I could not put this down as soon as I started it. The narration was excellent. The mystery was so engaging, but I also really loved the social commentary about Winter Park and how women treat each other. I actually found myself laughing out loud because so much of the banter is so realistic. I would highly recommend this book!

Great summer book

I enjoyed the entire book. I am familiar with WP visiting park avenue so as an outsider so it is fun reading about the ugliness and emptiness of that life. I enjoyed the way the author gave us enough clues in each chapter how the husband was murdered. I couldn’t stop listening to it. Great summer book.

Nice Easy Story

Nice love story/mystery set in an exclusive community. Looking forward to the next story!

Annoying!

Such an annoying, corny book. I'm not finished but will hang in till the end, however intense the torture gets. I just needed to vent right now about how trite I find this book. And why do so many female narrators have to use that same ridiculous voice when a man is speaking?!
