Resumen del Editor
It has been almost two years since this book has been published. It has sold over 2,000 copies and over 850,000 pages have been read through Kindle Unlimited memberships. The book has also just been released as an Audio Book, if you have read this book through Kindle Unlimited, it would be a rewarding experience to hear it being read. You also get a special rate to purchase it as an Audio Book. Vietnam veterans from around the country have contacted me and have had positive things to say about the book. It has been rated #1 quite a few times and has spent a loot of time being rated in the Top 10 on Amazon in the Vietnam War category. The positive response to the book has been very satisfying and is very much appreciated.
I joined the Army a few days after my 18th birthday, 1967.This book is my story of 3 years of military duty during the Vietnam war. 1 year of training, 1 year as an infantry squad leader in Vietnam and 1 year active duty after Vietnam. This is not a book about endless combat. It's about a teenage Sgt. trying to do the right thing under impossible conditions. Vietnam wears you down, it burns you out and it's always with you, even 54 years later. It's there, just below the surface. That's what this book is about. F Troop 8th Cav, Blue Ghost, Hill 29, Vietnam. I am very proud to be a Blue Ghost.
Thanks, Gareth B. Style

The 13 chapters of The Art of War, each devoted to one aspect of warfare, were compiled by the high-ranking Chinese military general, strategist, and philosopher Sun-Tzu. Hilarious, fascinating, and a roller coaster of dizzying, historical what-ifs, Napoleon's Hemorrhoids is a potpourri for serious historians and casual history buffs. In one of Phil Mason's many revelations, you'll learn that Communist jets were two minutes away from opening fire on American planes during the Cuban missile crisis, when they had to turn back as they were running out of fuel. You'll discover that before the Battle of Waterloo, Napoleon's painful hemorrhoids prevented him from mounting his horse to survey the battlefield.

The Roman Republic is one of the most breathtaking civilizations in world history. Between roughly 500 BCE to the turn of the millennium, a modest city-state developed an innovative system of government and expanded into far-flung territories across Europe, Northern Africa, and the Middle East. The “mountain men” were the hunters and trappers who fiercely strode the Rocky Mountains in the early to mid-1800s. They braved the elements in search of the skins of beavers and other wild animals, to sell or barter for goods. The lifestyle of the mountain men could be harsh, existing as they did among animals, and spending most of their days and nights living and camping out in the great unexplored wilds of the Rockies.

Experience a bold take on this classic autobiography as it’s performed by Oscar-nominated Laurence Fishburne. In this searing classic autobiography, originally published in 1965, Malcolm X, the Muslim leader, firebrand, and Black empowerment activist, tells the extraordinary story of his life and the growth of the Human Rights movement. His fascinating perspective on the lies and limitations of the American dream and the inherent racism in a society that denies its non-White citizens the opportunity to dream, gives extraordinary insight into the most urgent issues of our own time.

Historia
The history of the tablets translated in the following book is strange and beyond the belief of modern scientists. Their antiquity is stupendous, dating back some 36,000 years. The writer is Thoth, an Atlantean Priest-King, who founded a colony in ancient Egypt after the sinking of the mother country. He was the builder of the Great Pyramid of Giza, erroneously attributed to Cheops. In it he incorporated his knowledge of the ancient wisdom and also securely secreted records and instruments of ancient Atlantis.

Written in the often crude language of the combat infantryman, Roberts describes what it was like to confront the enemy during close combat in the triple-canopied jungles of I Corps, west of the Song Bo River. The Viet-Nam War for America began in 1964, and finally ended in 1975. Nearly 59,000 Americans died, over 300,000 were wounded, and in total, almost 3,000,000 served "in-country." Combat was usually short-lived skirmishes, ambushes, and some longer sustained battles such as Dak To, Khe Sanh, and the 1968 Tet Offensive. No matter where you were stationed, there were always potential hazards to be faced. Allied forces faced not only an armed guerrilla population, but many "natural" hazards to one's health. Every American who served in Viet-Nam and came home after the end of their tour brought...

As a radio operator, upon arrival in Vietnam, Greenberg was both surprised and troubled when he was arbitrarily assigned to the First Recon Battalion, generally considered to be an elite unit.

One of the first to come out of the famed Underwater Demolition Team 21, he was an initial member—a "plank owner"—of America's deadliest and most elite fighting force, the U.S. Navy SEALs. Through three tours in the jungle hell of Vietnam, he walked the point—staying alert to trip wires, booby traps, and punji pits, guiding his squad of amphibious fighters on missions of rescue, reconnaissance, and demolition—confronting a war's unique terrors head-on, unprotected . . . and unafraid.

One Trip Too Many, A Pilot’s Memoirs of 38 Months in Combat over Laos and Vietnam, is an autobiography about my life as a pilot in Southeast Asia during the conflict in Vietnam. It is primarily a story to share with family and friends about my personal involvement in the conflict and the turbulent decade of the 60s and does not attempt to question the politics of the era. It begins with a brief description of my quest to gain admittance to the United States Air Force Academy, my four years at the Academy, and the subsequent year of pilot training. I flew three different types of aircraft ...

Historia
Every now and then a work comes along that is so simple and refreshing in its originality that it immediately captures the spirit of American fighting men throughout the ages. Such is this work by Bob Babcock. What makes this work unique is that it is based upon his wartime writing as it occurred, without the softening of time and the refining of modern memory applied to past experience. In it you will find the thinking of a young officer as he struggles to take in all that he is responsible for while experiencing everything himself for the first time.

Enlightening
Though the narration is not bad, It could be improved.
The book itself is very good. I found the personal stories of Mr. Styles service helped me to better understand the Vietnam War. Well written.
