Very useful for people like me
One of my wife's favorite phrases is, "I think too much."
There were a lot of useful tips in this book. One of the takeaways for me, and it's funny when you THINK about it, is to analyze your analyzation process. The term "mindfulness" applied here really works.
And then for me, I had to understand how my emotions tie in to my overthinking anxiety.
If you are an overthinker, you really ought to come up with a plan, part of which is to read this book, or you will have a life of misery. As will those around you.
