Basic listen.

All the steps are things already used by individuals it was however a nice reminder in just over half an hour listen.

Great reminder but nothing ground breaking.

This was pretty basic material. It was nothing special or new but it’s still good material there’s nothing wrong with what’s in it. I think the author is right and everything that he’s saying as far as I can tail but I also think that it could probably be improved but for a 30 minute book I think it was pretty good. Return I think if you were looking for something groundbreaking this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for something long and extensive this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for something short and sweet and to the point this is it. If you have never read many self-help books, this a great place to start. There’s a lot of good advice in here and I think we could all use the reminder.

The narrator did an excellent job. I did listen to this at 1.5x the speed.

Making big life changes? Read this first.

This book was great for me because it takes a lot of science and research and makes it easy to digest. Are you someone with a lot of hopes and dreams, but struggle to stay focused? Do you find yourself overwhelmed often? Procrastinating? This is for you. I’ve learned many of these techniques before. If you work hard to make better habits, you won’t be disappointed.

Short, Easy, and Enjoyable Listen

This is an easy listen with nice anecdotes on how to better stay focused. Overall I enjoyed the listen while on a long walk and appreciated the content. As free content, it is hard to beat.
