Flipping

Helen Hunting is a amazing storyteller. This story is a different type of romance that began when Rian's twin sister hits Pierce expensive car and drives off. Two sisters in real estate meets two brothers who are buying homes to flip or rent. Two families, each with family stuggles. I loved Pierce and his determination to win Rian heart was so frustrating. The story was worth my credit. The narrators were wonderful capturing each voice; however, I thought that Pierce voice should have been stronger.

Flipping Amazing!

I LOVE Jacob but not super fond of Rose but overall I was happy with the narration. Pierce is flipping adorable and swoooony! I loved him to pieces! Rian was super hesitant to let him in because of her past and rightfully so but he did not give up on her and I am so happy he didn't! The beginning was hilarious! The build up was nicely paced, I think it could have been a little shorter with the same results but I can listen to Pierce all day so I'm not complaining. :)

This book is so well written and the characters are so enjoyable to read (or listen to). I loved the story and how it all played out in the end.

Fun romantic story

Hunting is a wonderful story teller that always delivers in the best way possible. This is a cute story with conflict, trust issues but mostly love. I highly recommend

I Flipping Love You is the third book in the Shacking Up Series. Each book is unique and can be read as a stand-alone. In I Flipping Love You, we get the heartwarming and tender story of the spunky Rian Sutter and the rich and suave Pierce Whitfield.

Rian Sutter and her twin sister have fought hard to overcome the hardships from their past. Both working to build their real estate business and gain success, the girls have made a home for themselves in the Hamptons. Rian seems to have maintained a healthy balance in her life until Pierce crashes in and shakes everything up! Pierce, also dabbling in the real estate business, is one hot alpha male in whom you do not want to "mess" with. Rian and Pierce are instantly drawn to one another, and yet, each has their own secrets. Although they appear to be quite opposite of each other, they are in fact a perfect match. And yet, with so much baggage between them, they are both scared to get too close!

Told in multiple POV, I Flipping Love You is funny, passionate, and a beautiful tender romance. The journey in which Rian and Pierce travel together is full of plenty of twists and turns. The chemistry between Rian and Pierce flows naturally and as the trust (and passion) between them continues to grow, both discover that they cannot live without each other. In addition to the strong central characters, Ms. Hunting offers a stunning cast of supporting characters that enhance the story and add dimension (and drama) to the plot.

Overall, I highly recommend anything written by Helena Hunting. She has a unique writing style full of witty text and complex characters. If you are looking for a light, and yet complex, contemporary romance full of passion and tender romance than look no further, I Flipping Love You is an absolute must read!

i am so in fliiping love with this book!

Pierce is dreamy and makes my heart flutter. i love Helena Hunting's books. The first ever book i read was pucked and i fell in love. Pucked series was amazing then I read Shacking up, Hooked Up and now I flipping love you. i smiled and laughes through this whole book. Helena Hunting's books are something you want to read over and over again. Another amazing book Helena!

That Jacob Morgan has such a romantic voice. And I really liked Rise Dioro too in this series. The story was light and romantic without a lot of drama which I personally like sometimes. This was a sweet story with great characters and bringing us into the world of the Hamptons. Thank you Helena Hunting. You are one of my favorite authors and for continuing to have Jacob narrate your books. He's one of the best male narrators on audible.

I "Flipping" love this book!

This might be my favorite of the series so far! Rian and Marley crack me up from the get go, then there's Pierce. Everybody needs a book boyfriend like him, and Jacob Morgan as the voiceover.🔥🔥
There is so much emotion and internal struggle within the female MC, that you're able to feel what the author intended from Rian. It's heartbreaking, and yet you understand Rian's trust issues all the more.
Pierce is unrelenting and knows what he wants. His and Rian's chemistry is off the charts, the steamy scenes are, well, HOT, and add in the sweet? It's simply perfect.
All this happens in the midst of flipping houses in the Hamptons. But there's so much more, and I'm not telling. The intrigue, revelations, and a past that can't stay buried, could be the ending or the beginning of something beautiful.
The female narrator did an excellent job this time! I recommend this book above all others so far in the series, as it can be read as standalone. But, books one and two are still fantastic.

It has been a long time since I could honestly say I have enjoyed every minute of a book. Rian was hilarious! Her non-curse words had me laughing out loud. Pierce was the perfect dream guy. No third act breakup. Just an amazing relationship and wonderfully enjoyable story. I will be looking for more of this authors books!
