Developed by the award-winning authors Toni McAree and Stephanie Hope. Between them they are certified in Child Psychology (CTAA membership) trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and have 8 years of SEN childcare experience.
This book is part of the 'I have the power to' series which focuses on the aspects of emotional well-being they believe are vital to creating happiness.
They want to instill confidence and self-love in children and teach them that they have the power to control how they feel and their reactions to life’s challenges.
