Biblical life lessons are learned throughout one's life through circumstances and from significant others, both in and outside of the classroom. This book highlights the author's life and his experiences that taught him valuable Christian principles through his acculturation in various people groups and by the interaction of interesting people that impacted his life. You will become acquainted with humble people in strange places that guided the author from an "I Know Nothing" attitude to an "I know a few things, but they are all wrong" outlook. As a pastor, missionary, teacher, and friend, he soon learned that he learned something from everyone he met. He learned what he wanted to be and at times what he did not want to be. He learned that the instructor can be both teacher and student as one lays down past misconceptions and past experiences and then takes up a torch to light the way to new understanding. Biblical lessons many times came in ways not conventional in their method, but lessons none the less. So, come and learn with the author from his early childhood to life as an aging grandfather, the lessons that made the author finally learn that God is eternally faithful and true and his guidance always timely and exact. He went from "I know nothing," to an understanding that ultimately "God knows everything," and that is okay and right.
