A school shooting in 2016 leaves Daniel Girch in a coma. He learns how to dress the part, to like the music, and to live without the conveniences of the modern world...and he also falls in love with a girl more interesting than any he’s ever known. As Daniel fights for his life in 2016, he’s awake in 1986 and struggling to save his uncle from the untimely death that changed the course of his whole family’s lives. What will happen after he wakes up? And how will the things Daniel does in the past affect the future?
