In today show, we take a look at autofellatio. Writer Jesse Bering's article in Slate ("So Close, and Yet So Far Away: The contorted history of autofellatio") has Susie wondering what this kind of acrobatic self-pleasure would feel like….
But Susie starts off today by reading a hilarious story from The Onion. This comedy news source spoofs on a new sheath they call "No One's Pleasure". It's a condom for "bitter resentful couples who want to intensify their sexual dissatisfaction". The article includes lines like "the product magnifies personal insecurities and awakens deep-seated, unresolved relationship issues…." Susie loves a good laugh.
Next up: self fellatio. Jesse Bering's article indicates that it seems to work better if you're into yoga! The history of achieving this feat has both physical and psychological aspects that Susie finds fascinating.
Finally, in our "Try This at Home" mailbag, Susie gets a disturbing letter from a young listener. It's not that she was dumped and is still a virgin that bothers Susie; it's that her letter also hints at pain and scary dreams about being raped.
