Enter Captain Jay Swift, the head of an elite foreign technologies reaction team who is sent to the war zone in the Republic of South Vietnam. He, along with his trusted colleague, Fred Mason, will embark on a mission to recover anything of value that would give the United States a technological advantage over its adversaries.
But upon arrival in Saigon, they quickly discover the truth is both elusive and unbelievable as the cover story they are pressured to sign off on.
