Unique Approach
Considering the body our terrestrial companion in life helped me to see my body in a completely different way. I love Dr. Estes' way of storytelling and saying things that I can really identify with. The only other book by her that I've ready is Women Who Run With the Wolves, which I loved. I've downloaded several of her other books now and look forward to reading them.

Such profound insight and beautiful story telling
Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes is a powerful and engaging story teller. She makes you think about your own body in another way. The body is sacred and your companion on this journey and she wonderfully paints a picture of the bodies purpose and needs. She also does a blessing for your body after many chapters. It was yummy. I didn't want to stop listening. If you are a woman and want to look at bodies in another way, please listen to her ancient wisdom.
