Por momentos el pescador filosofa, pero nunca se detiene ni se pone solemne. En cambio busca moverse al ras de lo que recuerda, y siempre está listo para retomar el hilo.
El pescador salta de un tiempo a otro. Salta entre los tiempos de su vida, salta entre los tiempos de la historia.
Estamos ante un personaje bien latinoamericano que dice cosas muy peculiares sobre lo que ocurrió con los europeos (y sin los europeos) en el continente.
Juan Camacho entra a hablarnos de reyes, piratas, amores y dragones, o del arte de pescar, en un monólogo que fluye como los mejores ríos y los mejores cuentos.
Bruno Elías Maduro (Cartagena, 1971) es un escritor, abogado y filósofo colombiano.
Publicó libros de cuentos y novelas tales como Noticias de Mamatoco (2013), La aldea debajo de la montaña (2021) y Juan Camacho o los relatos de un pescador (2021).
También llevan su firma varios estudios relativos a neuropsicología, filosofía política y pedagogía. Entre ellos cabe destacar Filosofía de la educación e interculturalidad indígena (1995), Filosofía de la cognición (2009) y Teoría del poder (2015).
Ha ejercido asimismo la clínica psiquiátrica, y en sus inicios profesionales realizó una importante labor educativa en la Sierra Nevada, fundando varias escuelas.
