Katie is sad. With the Holidays over, things have calmed down in Mountainville. In fact, most of her friends are out of town. She's bored stiff. But at least she has a vacation to look forward to. Her Daddy, Bradley, is attending a fire safety conference in Seattle. When he's done, she'll fly up to meet him for some quality time with Daddy.
But when misfortune and sinister forces spring up, it's going to take every bit of luck she has just to reach her destination.
Luck and the help of her old friends Stryker, Harrison, and Eli.
But this isn't the same old Eli. It seems he's fallen into some misfortune of his own. Will he ever be the same? Has Katie lost her friend forever?
With everything on the line, Katie and her pals will make a mad dash from L.A. to Washington. Let's just hope they can actually get there in one piece!
