Superb book no matter your age.
Superb book. Real, witty, funny and excellent advice. The author is well read and provides insight into what we all know, but does it in a no nonsense way with so many stories to boot. Must read!

Stick with it
I am writing this review because even though there are Many books of this type on the market the observations of the author are very interesting and unique. I would recommend this book to everyone or anyone who’s body suddenly felt like the enemy.

The author explains the science behind the recommendations without losing the audience in arcane details. Helpful for all ages, the author tells you how to keep moving through the changes of aging. I enjoyed listening to the author. The audiobook has an accompanying pdf of the exercises. I also bought the Kindle book to make it easier to review the principles taught in each lesson because I think they are that valuable.
