Provide a pdf!
This audiobook makes constant reference to resources available in section three of the book. Unfortunately, the resources are not provided. The value of the book is significantly diminished for lack of these resources.
You can go to their website and sign up, but then you get less than half of the resources.
I’m posting this so that I don’t have to spend another $10 to buy the kindle version.
