a great book for any loki devotee

I loved it! the way the author talks about the glnorse dieties makes it feel like you're hearing family stories 🥰

Excellent!

Loved the book. Funny enough, Loki and Sigyn came to me 2 days after starting. They made me laugh and made me think as did the author. Thanks again!! I recommend this 100% to anyone interested in the worship of Loki or new to heathenry! The silver tongued is not as bad a guy as most make him out to be!

Wonderful and insightful

Wonderful and insightful work on the story of Loki and Sigyn. Beautifully written, easily understandable- great all around. I really enjoyed this and I'll be sure to referance it in my practice down the line.

Beautiful and thoughtful

This work has several parts. It begins introducing Loki and Sigyn, their lore and basic facts. It introduces community history, of heathenry and of Loki’s role in it. The author via personal experience and group work describes her thoughts and actions related to the pair. It’s beautiful and heartfelt and as a person who’s recently found Loki it is a profoundly important read for me. The author narrates cleanly and with wit, coy enthusiasm and pure joy for her topic. I am in love with this book and will likely be returning to it again soon.

Great but

I loved it, but there’s become a trend where the author talks about gender that didn’t have to be addressed because. When Loki and Thor dressed up and made themselves women, the author talk about how this could be shown as there’s no gender, and they can become whatever they want. The whole point of the story was to fool the other gods, to go in disguise. Neither Loki or Thor or claiming to be anything they were still Loki and Thor but in disguise. Not everything has to be put into gender issues, but overall it was a great book.

Relatable

This book has made me excited to keep listening, managed to be completely relatable and still teach me some things. it's a great book about Loki, however I do wish there was a smidgeon more on Sigyn, but she's nonetheless passionate about both deities. I will recommend to others.

Finally

It's been so hard to find any information on Sigyn in my research as a Heathen, and it feels even harder to find not just Loki information, but inclusive Heathen writing at all. I'm very pleased to say this book has met and surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend.
