I wish books were not so divided.

I wish books were not so divided. I used to buy them and read 1 book that was the full book not just a section. I seldom buy book 2 because I would have to buy book 3

Good story with exciting scenes

I liked the story but do not feel I got my money's worth. If the author is going to write a story this short yet charge full price, finish the story in one complete book! It was clear the story was written under some kind of deadline. The ending had none of the adventure and detail found in the rest of the book.
Overall, it was an enjoyable and exciting book while it lasted. Narrator was great.

Importance of preparedness and knowledge

Loved it. Makes us know the importance of preparedness for whatever may happen around us

Story gives a realistic look at possible scenarios of how things can go down the wrong road quickly.

I like how it is fast moving and easy to keep track of all characters.

Great Start!

This series has a lot of potential. Time will tell. Unfortunately, the price doesn't reflect the length of the book or in this case "short story".

Great story

I enjoyed Buck & Paul.... The story was good.. It does have some of the typical story lines for his type of book. You'll hear language & there is violence but if you read SHTF books then you should be use to it by now.
I did learn something.... the urine in the eyes burning thing..... I'll file that away in my mind & hope I never need the info.
The end was wrapped up rather quickly. I thought it was going to have a huge cliffhanger once the guys got to their destination. Sure the book could be continued now that their mission is complete but the story ending lets you know there could be a sequel.
I would listen to another book by this author & this narrator.

Good short listen

For being a short story it was pretty good. It seems like the writing of the book was sort of slowly increase in speed. The book starts out with a good amount of detail and as it progressed the details started falling off and the plot seemed to be rushed and then you the end jumps up on you. I was expecting more but instead got greeted with “we hope you have enjoyed this production.”
It was good but could have been better.

Exciting!

Very entertaining and the time flew by. Not much prepping, mostly a curmudgeon and gun preparedness and gun play. Different episodes entertaining. Don't read this to learn anything, other than a squirt gun trick. Length not a bargain, but I did enjoy the story.

Cliffhanger- not worth buying the next book

The book was not bad but not terrific. It has potential but the characters and plot are not fleshed out enough. Definitely not worth buying the next book
