Rhonda Hayes promised to give her 35-year-old dying daughter, Sherry, anything she wanted. When Sherry requested that her mother sign up for a dating site, Rhonda was panic-struck. What would people think? Only nine months earlier, Rhonda’s devoted husband, Greg, had died from cancer.

Brave and Courageous
I applaud the author for writing and sharing a honest and difficult journey through the loss of her husband and daughter. I smiled, I wept, and I laughed out loud through some of her experiences. How brave and courageous for her to share such intimate details with her readers.

Exceptional story full of inspiration and courage
Rhonda Curtis' story of both love and loss inspires on so many levels. The bond between she and her daughter is extraordinary and the author captivates with remembrances of their intimate times together. Her acceptance of her losses is spiritual, a role model for all who have ever experienced loss. The story is told in a remarkable fashion and the narrator, the author herself, is fantastic. Mesmerizing to listen to...
I have both read and listened to this wonderful story now. However you chose to enjoy "Love at the Last Minute," you will be not be disappointed. A fabulous memoir!

Love at the last minute
I personally know the author. I read the book several years ago and was touched! Listening to the audio version was an entirely new experience for me. I smiled, cried and felt so many other emotions. Life and death are both so fragile. Rhonda is an amazing writer and I am ever so grateful for her sharing this story. It has helped me to better understand, accept and be prepared when I need to cross that bridge with a loved one or for myself! ❤️
