Even a gay athlete has an appearance to uphold. There are a handful out in every sport and while every trashy magazine wants to get the scoop on what the gays are up to, looking for a scandal and a way to ruin us, every one of us is constantly on our best behavior. Acting a certain way, dressing a certain way, speaking a certain way.

The only place I find that escape is in an online role-playing game where I can be the sexy femme mage and get my flirt on. Find the man of my dreams.

So good! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Think “You’ve Got Mail” meets the hockey/gaming world. Slow burn unique story line that totally works. I loved the characters getting to know each other before they even realized who each other is. I only wish there was a little more hint as to the future of the side characters of Roo and Sid. Both could have stories of their own.
I read book one but haven’t gotten book two yet. This was very different from Shiver, but enjoyed both. I will definitely be getting more in this series.

Fascinating couple dynamic
I’ve read a few books with Demi characters like Alix but I’ve never read one with an MC like Noah. I was riveted by the story and loved how their feelings developed throughout. You have to wait until about 3/4 of the way through before you get to the spicy scenes but they are worth the wait. Beautifully staged with good description through the mc’s pov and hot dialogue to support it.
Reitan is a master craftsperson of eff-hot, low angst romance, and I’m so here for it!

A truly amazing story!!
The narrators were great at creating distinct voices and the story is one of my very favorites. If you loved the book or are totally new to it, you will love this audiobook either way!
