Marriage is wonderful. You meet the right person that you never want to be without, and you vow to spend the rest of your life with them. It can seem like sunshine and roses, but then reality hits. You start to realize you are both different people, and as such, you may have disagreements. Maybe you both have very busy jobs that keep you apart for longer than you’d like. Suddenly you’re a few years in, and it’s like you’re married to a very different person. But are they really all that different, or has the new worn off of the relationship?
This is all very normal. Even regular friendships can have this happen. The trick is to know how to prevent these changes from creating irreversible damage to your relationship. That’s what this book aims to help you with. Whether you realize that you and your spouse have grown apart, or you want to keep it from happening down the road, you can learn the tools to keep you together for the long haul.
The goal is to rekindle the love you had for each other when you first got married or to make sure that spark never goes out. Then, you have to learn how to deal with disagreements. Disagreements and arguments are going to happen. In fact, it's better that you do have arguments that you work out than never arguing at all. The key in what I just said was “that you work out.” Arguments never solved create weak points. We will learn all of this and more in this book. We will go over:

Marriage isn’t necessarily an easy thing. It takes work. You can’t expect just because you live in the same home that things are going to work out. You both have to put in the effort to make each other feel secure, happy, and loved.
