Great book about the preparation needed

This is a great book for any technical business to listen to. Don’t wait till your thinking about selling your company to listen to it. Instead a book like this you want to read a few years ahead of time. That way you’re laying the groundwork ahead of time. Nate does a great job of explaining the pitfalls and other things to look out for. This is one of the few books that I will listen to a few times over to really absorb all of the details.
