Why this book brings meditativeness to a lofty point:
Many spiritual-related matters have been narrated and studied with authenticity. They continue to inspire many people, and the gemstones in them continue to guide many facets of their lives. Sometimes we are not teachers, but we can be more than that or remain to be the same.
In many cases, we find many people who remain as either students or better themselves as life moves on. As we navigate through life, we wish always to learn to meditate. We could resort to seeking meditation teachers, but in most of cases, that is not feasible. In essence, this book draws some tidbits and shrewd sentiments from those who vigorously exerted themselves to meditation, including Buddhists.
