Not At All Dr. Bernie's Best!
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
A better Dr. Siegel's meditation, not a better quality audio recording of Dr. Siegel's meditation, but a better meditation period!
What was most disappointing about Bernie S. Siegel’s story?
Compared to many of his other affirmations/meditations (which I own and use) this thing sounds like a mish-mash of left-over bits and pieces of his better meditations with a few cute little anecdotes tossed in for good measure!
As I listened to the sample I was excited and thought it was going to be REALLY good! I also wondered why (As a long standing member of ECaP Dr. Siegel’s Exceptional Cancer Patient group) I hadn't heard of this one yet. After purchasing it and listening I now know why! Do yourself a favor; try a different one of his meds or affirmations or even the audio version of his first book "Love, Medicine & Miracles". Any of them are bound to be much more worthwhile and fulfilling than this thing!
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Sadness, Dr. Siegel has much more to offer anyone in need than this mish-mash shows or provides!
