Loved it

Such a hot and sweet story. Love the guys voice and the performance was outstanding.

Insta-Love & Mafia King!

I really enjoyed Merciful Love! The story was engaging, the romance was steamy, and the characters had great chemistry. The only reason for the half-star drop is that the male narration took a little getting used to—but once I did, it worked well.

Merciful Lies is the first book in The Jersey Bad Boys Series. Nico Fury and Anna meet when she is given to him because of her brother’s debt. Of course, we discover that Nico orchestrated it because he wants Anna. They have one night and then Anna comes back needing Nico’s help months later. There is amazing chemistry, danger, suspense and many twists and turns. Listen to this fabulous audiobook for their story. Elle Sonali and Mick Fanning were fantastic in narrating this audiobook. I highly recommend listening!

Romantic

Very romantic book. Definitely a great listen and must say the narrator actually does a great job. Love the story line.

Possessive

C. D, Gori story is entertaining, exciting, steamy. Nico was obsessed with Anna, even though he never met her.He used her brother as a pawn, to use him as bait for Anna.He’s dominant, possessive, manipulating,Anna is smart, sweet, understanding, Their connection is hot, electric, and very steamy, One thing that could tear them apart is Nico’s lies, lies of omission could tear them apart.Ellie Somali and Mick Fanning are new narrators for me. I could feel every emotion of angst, anger and love. Very well done

Another wonderful book written by C.D. Gorri! After reading the Billionaire's series, I knew I had to read this new series, and man, did it not disappoint!
I devoured this book in a matter of hours!
For all the girls falling for the bad guys, this one is for you!
Nico and Anna may be my favorite couple that C.D. Gorri has written!
And the spice 🥵

Easy Read/listen

Really great read that had spice and plot to keep me interested from start to finish. Nico was an over-the-top possessive hero that you couldn't help but love, I really love a morally gray MMC especially when they have a little bit of a Robin Hood complex. There was a little bit laugh out loud moments, The narration was perfect with the narrators chosen. Will defiantly pick up other books and Audiobooks from this author.

fabulous audiobook

Wow! Just wow! The moment I started to read this book, I couldn't put it down. I could move until the end. I was so captive by this book that I couldn't do anything until I finished it. Nico...criminal, dangerous, protective, sexy, and all man. I'm swooning over this bad boy man.
The audiobook is so hot to listen to. Grab at fan while you listen to Elle Sonali and Mick Fanning brings Anna and Nico hot steamy story to life. I loved it!

His Love Burns Hotter Than Fire

This was my first book by this author, and I am completely obsessed! As the first in the series, it sets the tone perfectly—dark, intense, and utterly captivating. There’s nothing wrong with a little unhealthy obsession (in books, of course 😉), and the mafia king delivers it flawlessly. Ruthless to the world, but a devoted, possessive force to the woman he loves—an all-in, no-holds-barred kind of man. Yes. Please.

No pointless games, no unnecessary drama—just raw, burning desire wrapped in danger and devotion. The tension was electric, the spice was scorching, and every moment was dripping with intensity. More of this, please! The narration kept me hooked from start to finish, making this dark, obsessive love story even more irresistible. I need the next book now!

Really Good!!

I really loved this audiobook and the narrators brought it to life. I loved how Nico was OTT and just my type of MMC I typically like. This story has a great plot, character development, funny moments and great spice!!
