ABSOLUTELY LOVED !

This definitely was a great book and audio aswell this book made me want to read all of Meryl Wilsner's books. The writing was wonderful. I could feel the emotion throughout the book, which made me fully immersed in the book .

Age gap was handled well

With big age gap stories it’s easy to go into creepy territory but I felt like it was handled in an appropriate way. Characters had time to grow and figure things out. As someone who dated a few cougars in college, i didn’t feel like anyone was using or being taken advantage of. Read it guilt free!

Loves it!

Great and sweet story. It doesn’t end how you think or fear it will. Enjoy.

Sobbing

This book is incredible!! It was perfect in every way. I can’t believe it took me so long to find it.

Sooo addictive!

I enjoyed this book so much! It's exactly what I was looking for in a sapphic romcom. It's funny & cute, even some delicious awkwardness at times. But also smutty & sexy, surprisingly patient with its narrative. I really appreciated how realistic some of the characters interactions were and that they were willing to have mature and sometimes uncomfortable conversations with each other. Books like these tend to go over the top and be super dramatic with a lot of unnecessary misunderstandings and sort of immature behavior where it's not always warranted or doesn't always feel genuine. Sometimes that stuff feels like it's just for drama. And I never felt that way about this book. I was pleasantly surprised by how everything unfolded and how the conflicts are eventually resolved. Even though I knew there would be a happy ending I honestly expected that the road would be a lot bumpier getting there. But instead I just got to sit back and enjoy what turned out to be a very nice little love story. As the last few chapters unfolded and the epilogue wound down I definitely found myself wishing that it didn't have to end and that I could just go on with these characters and keep spending time in their orbit. Honestly no complaints, this one knocked it outta the park! I'd really be interested if the author wanted to write sequels or spin-offs maybe involving some of Cassie or Erin's friends.

A really fun wholesome feel good time.

The performance was good but could have maybe used a little tighter editing and sound equalization. I found myself having to turn up or down the volume based on the current performer a few times.

The writing is fun, the story is carefree, and it gave me happy bubbly feelings basically the entire time. Just enough minor dips in the feel-good times to keep the story moving along, with plenty of happy lovey-dovey goodness to keep a stupid grin on my face basically consistently.

There are a few literary Chekhov's Gun moments, the most prominent I can recall is (and minor spoilers) when the rocket ship necklace is pointed out as being taken off and put on the bedside table, I really expected that to become a plot element later, such as someone finding the necklace on the bedside table and asking questions that had difficult answers. Unfortunately, that didn't happen and it was just a peculiar bit of scene setting.

Over all this was a lot of fun. If you want to just have a good time and feel happy lovey-dovey good times with some spicy bits then this is a great pickup. Thankfully they nip the "younger girl with mommy issues" potential plot line quickly and soundly, something I really appreciated. Neither character has weird trauma that leads to the relationship being problematic beyond an age gap and interpersonal relationship quandaries.

Spicy but good...

This book was great! The performance was great too, I always like it when there are two narrators, and for this book, it made the overall story that much better!

Feel good!

This very long book just seemed to end too soon. The first for me by this author. Narration was great. It seems most books don’t really get into the romance before 16 or 17 chapters. This story just starts right from the get go and never slows down. There s lots of sex (but tastefully described ) for those who like it. Overall a really good romance with a big age difference. Use a credit sit back and enjoy this story.

Wow!! The story and performance. Wow!!

This one was great. I couldn’t pull myself away. Sexy and sweet with believable characters and plot. No unnecessary miscommunication drama that created the central conflict. This may sound weird but one of my favorite things about this performance was the voices. No extra high pitched overly female voices that don’t actually sound like anyone I’ve ever known.

I devoured this book! Forever a favorite for me.. UGH when is it my turn!?!
