Great book! Great culture!

I had the opportunity to visit China a few times and it is a wonder how they appear smaller in size. This book is very helping in providing tips that are actually used! I was surprised that there is so much affect in having soup with EVERY meal. I will implement this!

My new friend and partner

This book is my new friend and partner. I'm listening over and over and over and over! Wow! I have been trying to lose weight forever. Fermented food, my goodness! My goodness, gracious. Thank you for this new friend. I am energized. I am excited. I now have a new list of enjoyable things I will eat every day. The most exciting part of this book is that these are foods I see every day and I love, but not eating enough of, and I didn't think they are so good for my body. I am listening again and again...oh I said that already. Highly recommended if you want to eat and be happy and healthy.

The secrets out

I always wondered why 90 percent of Chinese people are slim and seem to stay that way without gaining weight even in their old age. Finally with this book I understand why. I always see them in the rear of the Chinese takeout restaurants eating either steam white rice, boiled eggs or noddles ( never eating the fry foods they sell us) it all makes sense now! I'm going to start practicing some of these methods mentioned in this book, not just for weight loss but for living a healthier lifestyle. This book is a good one!!

Wow! So many great health tips!

From the beginning to the end, this book is so informative and I gained so much knowledge about the healthy habits of the Chinese. They are so healthy and live long based on what I learned. A must have

In this book, the author describes the different techniques that Chinese people use unknowingly since it’s part of their culture to stay slim and healthy. I like the author’s story and how it was straight to the point. If it’s sticky in the outside, it will in the inside. There is no doubt that implementing those routines will bring results needed to reach your lifestyle goal. Because of this, I became more educated and mindful when it comes to eating. Needless to say, that this book was impactful to say the least. Well done

Eat Right!

The author describes the different techniques that Chinese people have used throughout their life which has produced a culture of people who are not abundantly overweight. I began eating Chinese food once a week before reading this book. I had unknowingly been using part of these diet strategies. I have personally lost 20 pounds during the past year and have been able to keep it off. I also walk and lift weights weekly. I enjoy eating what I like and still keep my weight under control.

If it’s sticky on the outside then it will stick to the inside. This makes so much sense. When you are older it takes much longer to get rid of the sticky stuff. Bottom line from this book is to read it, Try it and see what works for you. Thanks for sharing these strategies.

Changing Bad Habits for Weight Loss

I found this audiobook to be well-researched and practical. I knew about Habit 1 - Drinking warm/ hot beverages often and with meals, and I've found that it has benefited me in several ways. I was unaware of the other Habits provided in this book, but it was very insightful and beneficial to our health. I'm definitely going to give the different steps a try.

I recommend this book to anyone who wants to lose weight, maintain weight, or have a healthier lifestyle.
