Great addition

While I thought this book was great I am a little upset about the ending. I am not going to soil it for those who have not read it yet, I will just say it was way too soon for this to happen……..way way too soon. Those who have read the story will know exactly what I am talking about and I am certain they will be of the same opinion.

NEVER READ REVIEWS PRIOR!

I’ve loved every Orphan novel to date, and I wish I hadn’t read any reviews before listening. So many people complained that the author had become political and/or there was a right wing type of protagonist. Don’t fall for this trap, I kept waiting for things I read as such but they were so minimal, yes there are some current world undertones, but you have to have a villain and a real reason for the hero to do his thing. The book was just as good as the others and even more character development. It’s a normal progression of a great story. If you enjoy the series, this one won’t disappoint. People that do bad things are not exclusive to a single demographic.

One excellent edition!

this is one of the greatest characters ever could possibly thought of. this is one of the best editions to this continual storyline. Orphan X is who we all hope is really out there to fix the wrong is in the world. Greg Hurwitz is one of the all time great at telling a full story and development so deep of characters and real life human emotions from one end of the spectrum to the other, hitting everything from a child's innocence to a grandparents love and all the nastiness of the evil in between that has ever been put into the world. 147 out of 10 recommend.

Conflict Within

I loved the new improved Evan. The story was awesome, more like two stories in one. Evan is as lethal as ever in this book, but his character is more dimensional. I was entertained by the focus on Tommy, because he’s such a colorful character. Although I love orphan X, I like the storyline deviation from the typical desperate phone call and ensuing violence, as entertaining as Evan’s adventures always are. The narration was seamless. Just a great book all around.

Great story. It was a different format from what the other story are. Another great story to listen too.
