Part Three of the Goddess Series continues after the return of Freyr’s Skidbladnir, from Jotunheim, the Realm of Giants. And preparations for the war against the All Father are underway.
Niorun, is a dream goddess, and rules over Nidavellir, a subterranean maze of tunnels within the realm of Svartalfheim; home to dwarfs and dark elves.
The unofficial queen of this dark and harsh realm, finally confronts her past. It is one cloaked in secrecy that coincidentally begins with Odin depositing her at the base of Yggdrasil, the tree of life. But secrets always have a way of coming to light, and just as she braces to face off against the All Father—with help from the other realms—hers threaten to unravel everything she’s worked hard for.
Asmund, a Dark Elf and right hand to the dream goddess, is an expert in mare dreams; Anxiety filled dreamscapes meant to reveal a dreamer's worst fears. But when he finds himself inside the dream goddess' own self-inflicted nightmares, he discovers not just her deepest fears, but her darkest desires.
After years of denying the inevitable, Niorun and Asmund explore their complex relationship, ripe with dark emotions and sexual tension. The two will need to decide whether their love can survive the sacrifices they've each had to make to protect The Nine Realms.
