Excellent follow up!

Great, well-written sequel to Come As You Are. It's refreshing to hear Azzerad admit that he may have been over awed by Cobain when writing the original biography, and thus susceptible to manipulation and buying into false narratives, along with noting several lies Kurt perpetuated in the press.

Azzerad vaunts Cobain's genius while also acknowledging all of his flaws, ultimately crafting a genuine portrait of an artist in full.

Couldn’t finish

I couldn’t finish this book. It was too depressing to listen to how a talented young musician lied and destroyed himself.
