Eva and Troy soon find themselves deep in the forests of the Pacific Northwest along with FBI agents, search and rescue dogs, and infrared drones on a frantic search for the children before the killers or elements of nature get to them first.

Riveting

Another brillant murder mystery by this author. Narrator David Scott has a raspy, deep voice that is haunting when listening to this thriller. He is perfect for these kind of books. The husband and wife team of private investigators face a difficult journey to save two girls.

Desperate game of survival

Received as a audio copy to review by the narrator, this is an honest review. David Scott gives one of his best performance yet as a quiet vacation enjoyed by Eva and Troy is shattered by the piercing scream of a young girl as she is kidnapped from their hotel. And from the start, their newest case is one of desperation as the pair that darkly altered the life of Bella are out for money and hope of holding a rich father's daughter will earn them a great deal of cash. And Bella isn't their only target; leaving her and Cici confused and scared as to what will happen to them. What these girls' abductors couldn't realize is that Bella and Cici aren't about to obey the rules set for them; escaping their prison is one thing but surviving out within dark and dangerous woods will be a test of their strength and sanity a their "friends" race to deliver both of them out of hell. And it's a haunting twists as to why Bella was taken on the first place.

Fantastic, Pulse Pounding, PERFECTION! YES!

It starts with a scream in the night … A young girl Eva befriends is kidnapped, and in quick succession, another girl goes missing with eerily similar case attributes! Troy and Eva begin a frantic race against time, the elements, and the nefarious to find both girls before it’s too late! I tore through “No One Heard Me Scream” like it was my job! I could not stop listening! Before I knew it, it was 4:30 a.m., parts of my anatomy were numb and still, I could not stop! I had to know how this story, this brilliantly written, magnificently narrated story played out! I’m not giving up the goods here, that wouldn’t be fair to anyone, but I will say “Twist Heaven - YES!” This plot was BRILLIANT! I loved how it progressed, how it built, how it played out, and oh holy wow, how it wrapped up! The emotion and the feeling in THIS story was as beautiful as it was brilliant! If you love a mystery with heart, this … is … it! I loved the characters added to make this story work, except for the ne’er do well’s of course. I wanted to hurt them exactly as the author intended. There was one however that I did change my mind on, I’ll keep hush on the identity, see if you feel the same as you listen. On the subject of listening… The FEELING and the perfection of the authors vision was beautifully, brilliantly, and dynamically brought to life by a narrator whose style I have really come to love throughout this magnificent series! I look forward to hearing more from this absolutely winning combination of writing and narration perfection! Five fabulous stars!
