I really enjoyed Matt's book!
This paragraph touched my heart strings - "Success or failure shouldn't change your mindset or emotion. If you win, great, if you loose, great. Neither winning or loosing shouldn't change you. Just as long as you gave it your best shot! Release the connection to winning and loosing."
