This is a nice book to learn more about PASSIVE INCOME. Such a loads of information I really appreciate this book. The suggestions I gathered from this book were quite helpful and gave me some sense of direction. Also, I learned about side hustling and some activities I could try to earn from.

Now i am thinking to quit my job but need to read and go through more to take the step. And to that, i find this book helpful although it's purely written for the beginners & advance users it's nice to start from the beginning once again and learning advance techniques and ways too.

This is Where you Start

I was always wondering "Am I doing this right?" when it comes to finances, saving, investing, insurance. Eventually, I just kind of stopped worrying about it, shrugged my shoulders, and my bad habits became "my way".

I read Phil's book, which provides a blueprint to a foundation of financial habits that removed worry from my personal finances. Questions were met with answers and explanations; and the doubt and uncertainty I used to have was replaced with peace of mind. Now I know I'm making the right decisions. This audio-book is unlike any other audio book about personal finance, Phil keeps you reading with his style and attitude about the subject at hand, at least for me he did. The "Action Steps" aren't complicated mumbo jumbo that'll confused the hell out of you. It's straightforward and to the point. I believe the only hard part about any of steps is the step of getting started.
