Acerca de esta escucha

Many of those who read the book of stories People, Roberto Pelaez Romero's debut feature, agreed that they wanted to read more. With the appearance of People II, they must be rubbing their hands in anticipation. The experienced journalist, turned writer, once again shows off his direct writing style. A way with words that’s reflected on the title of the book as such, and each of the short stories he offers us. In some stories there is a kind of return to one’s roots (Chicho), to the pain for the loss of his mother, the writer journalist in this case resorts to the theme in the story Visit and shows through his words that one lives with the pain of not having those he loves, but the memories are ever present. Because of the way they’re written, each chapter its own individual story, the reader has the chance to open People II and start reading, without having to go back to reread any of it.
