Decent supplement to better methods
I like that they break down the words into chunks to help you understand it more easily. However, he gives you practically no time to think of and say the phrase he asks you to say. It's horrible.
Also there is almost not explanation of Japanese grammar constructions, you mostly repeat without learning. Paul Noble's presentation is much better than this. I recommend that over this.
