Specially empowered for black family
This book has 3 books inside for black kids, black women and black men. Clearly distinguish each book to focus on each topic, then it is all in one book. So excellent approach, so this covers the needs for the whole familhy. A lot to share after listening to this. Book 1 has nurturing postive affirmations for black kids and shows how to build self-love and confidence from the childhool, which will grow into adolscene. I enjoyed just listening to this: "I am a blessing to others, I bring hope to others,..." Book 2 has the key elements for black women on self care, career, confidence and sprituality. This book explains why this is so important and step-by-step guide to follow to practice positve affirmation. Just listening to this daily will help you to recover you inner spirituality and confidence. Book 3 is for black men, which I haven't read anything about it previously. It was very fresh mind and it will definitely help Black men to get motivated for success life, to build a legacy to support the family, community by overcoming any obstacles. This book will help families to build a strong relationship with postivity and trust. I would highly recommend to anyone who looking for the better life and success in their life. Family is the starting point!! I think the author is saying that throughout the book.
