Wow! I had no idea! I’m still amazed!

Good music and nice lyrics. i listen to it at gym
More tracks like 1,2,3,4 would be even better but already very good.
I like ones that are more energetic rather than the later tracks which are calming ones.

Not enough affirmations. Too much instrumental.
Too many of the chapters had elongated instrumental. I would have appreciated a better ratio of affirmations to the instrumental breaks.
