Redundant Description

I appreciate the exposure of realities in our world. I would imagine that these characters in the book or real life would struggle to comprehend the magnitude of a secret like this. I live a life of empathy and depth, and I am always open to new perspectives. However, this book was a long version of what could’ve been summed up in 2-3 chapters. Most of the book was a redundant explanation of how the characters viewed the situation. The same views were repeated in every chapter using the words ‘trepidation’, ‘transcends’, and ‘tapestry’ too many times to count. Great topic, but it’s way too repetitive and circular.

Pleasantly surprised

It was SciFi that took a turn that pleasantly surprised me by the ending. It was a bit metaphysical and spiritual in a new age kind of way. The prose was engaging and void of swear words. It's worth a listen.
