Touch on a lot of little details that you wouldn’t expect to hear, or even think about. I will be reading this book a second time when I am 100% ready to purchase my first home.

Everything you will need to get started and grow your real estate investing business. You can also take the rookie Bootcamp as well that goes well with book on Bigger Pockets!

Great beginner book for real estate investing

This book has some very good advice for beginning your real estate empire!

It is a great read for anyone wanting start a business in real estate, no matter which strategy you use.

Since it is written with the intent of the reader being to simply start investing, its not specifically for a single R.E.I. strategy.

Great beginners guide

I really enjoyed listening to this book! I started listening in my car but soon realized it’s one of a book that is better learned if you’re taking notes! So I started to listen at home where I had an opportunity to really listen, take notes and learn! It’s A LOT of amazing information, she prepares us from people you need to get on your team to the kinds of apps she uses that help her get through her day! Highly recommend this book to anyone that feels lost and is wishing to begin their real estate journey!

Great book, gets to the point, gets you where you need to go.

Met Ashley in person at a convention. She’s very personable, and humble. Not an ego maniac like many others at that same convention. Would invest with her, if I was ever able to.

Best real estate book with real information to get Rookies going

I’m a real estate rookie on a path to acquire my first property and this book has truly motivated me. I loved that she provided real information & websites to help rookies. I feel equipped to continue my real estate journey.

Great book in terms of accountability

The best thing about this book is that it draws a path to start your real estate, investing journey. It gives you homework for you to track your goals and achievements. I just wish they would’ve gone deeper in the deal finding aspect.

Do you want to make it as a beginner?

This is a must read. There is a ton of information that is so valuable in your journey to get to your first real estate property, no matter your strategy.

Tidbits for more seasoned investors too

This book is a great starting point for new investors bus also seasoned investors. I have 8 rentals (and looking for more), and I've done the cashout refinance thing, purchased from auctions, wholesalers, bank owned sales, and normal real estate channels. Still, books like this provide a great review, affirm some practices, and suggest new avenues I haven't yet considered. I'll have to check out that podcast.
