Great listen!

I felt like, i am finally understood after listening to this. I now understand why i felt so confused and lost all the time in my past relationship. It was like a lightbulb went off in my head, and i realized it wasn't all my fault. The book made me feel that I”m not alone and gave me hope that i can stand up for myself and set boundaries. I learned a lot about what gaslighting is and how to spot it, which is super helpful. I'm really glad I listened to it. It feels like I'm starting a new chapter in my life.

Helpful resource to revover from gaslighting abuse

Emily has truly created the perfect guide for recovering from gaslighting abuse, whether it be a partner, family member, or friend. I want to mention that from listening to the quality of the content. It is evident that Emily is well-versed in the field and has had a similar experience. This gives me confidence that the techniques and advice in the book work and that I could relate to the material more deeply.

I gained a lot of value from the sections teaching you how gaslighters use tactics and tools to manipulate you and deny their actions while making you feel like the bad guy. Going through this subject and the chapter on recognizing the signs helps tremendously when spotting a gaslighting attempt and prepares you for future altercations. The book finishes strong with a chapter on building healthy relationships. It teaches you how to regain trust and confidence, what to look out for, and how to build meaningful connections with people. Overall, it is an excellent book that is sure to help those who have suffered psychological abuse.
