Excellent read and powerful tools

This book has practical tools you can apply to any area of your life you want to see improvement. For me personally, I like the emphasis on really focusing on your two main goals and the tools take very little time to implement. I don’t feel overwhelmed and I am excited to put into practice what I have learned.
