Acerca de esta escucha

My name is Aspen Joyce. Once I had everything, I just didn't know how to appreciate it. That all changed when my whole family and my horse were killed in a car accident. They say that it was a miracle that I survived. I guess I have a different definition for "miracle".

So I was sent to live in Arizona with someone I barely know - my biological dad who left me and Mom when I was only four years old. I barely got there when I realized something was really wrong. I was being haunted by a phantom. A ghost horse.

cute story

many words mispronounced but a very good story. I really enjoyed listening to this story to help kill time while driving.

Tragedy, change, a ghost horse

Riding a Dead Horse
By: Bonnie Lewis
Narrated by: Chelsea Makela
I really liked this story, I would give this story alone a 5 star rating. The characters all act like they would act in those situations, say those things, feel those things. I like that the cast is small and the plot and forward push is from emotions and the feelings,(and a ghost horse). I especially loved the sneaky ending! It was a good/bad thing. What I didn't like is the narration! It sounded like they asked someone from the local high school to read for them. There was also the sounds of the narrator starting and stopping the recording. It was also scratchy. I think it would have been better just to have read the book. I would have kept the book at 5 stars. I am not dropping the book down as far as it should go due to the horrible sound but I will knock it down one star. The sound is part of the rating.

Decent sad book

The only complaint I have is she miss pronounces words and at one point the audio skips.
The book itself is good for what it is although it ends pretty abruptly
