Love the feelings and amusing moments that Sariah Wilson brings us along for in her books! I hope she writes mountains more books!!

Sweet story, good reader and well told

It was really sweet, nothing inappropriate and a good ending too. the reader was good too.

Having money isn't everything

I liked this book a lot. I loved Madison for getting out from under her parents' control and becoming a caring teacher. She was a sweet person, and I feel like I know her. I liked the scenes when she made mistakes, like with the dishwasher, but by time she ruined the couch with bleach, it was a little too much. I wanted her to at least be able to make a batch of Christmas cookies or something.
I loved Tyler, too, and understand the things he had to do.
Madison's friends were wonderful and supportive and I even liked Violet. The rest of her family was pretty awful.
I liked the narrator for this book.
This was the first book I've read by this author and it definitely won't be the last.

Fun & Witty

I love the characters in this book and how the author brought them to life! It was fun, witty and entertaining!

Thoroughly Enjoyable and Sweet Romance

I really enjoyed this sweet romance. The heroine stands up to her wealthy and manipulative family to strike out on her own, without their money and support. She grows as a person and through that inspires those around her, to be strong and follow their passions. That means coming to terms with her family's expectations, cutting loose her serial cheater of a boyfriend, and developing a strong friendship with her mouth wateringly hot roommate. He is trying to overcome his own childhood issues by having a lot of money, the right job, the right home, and the right social network, all things our heroine has rejected. Nonetheless, between her initial attraction and their growing closeness, she can't help falling for him. She tries to respect the boundaries he's set, that he is not interested in anything more than being roommates and friends, especially since no one in her own life has ever respected her boundaries. Now she just has to figure out what to do about her feelings for him.

I liked this different twist on the roommates to lovers trope. It isn't the most substantial of stories, but is a nice, light read and the characters show good personal growth. The narrator bothered me a little at first, as she's a little bit overly bright and ran with her sentences a bit, but as the book went on, I didn't mind so much. Her male voices aren't terribly male, but were enough of a distinction that it was ok. The narration didn't prevent me from enjoying the book.

Good story and narration

An easy listen but nothing earth shattering. I like this narrator and would listen to her again.

Sweet...Cute...Funny

This was such a quick, cute and funny read and I really enjoyed it! I read a few reviews that basically implied no one over 20 would like it, but honestly, I just don't take reading a book so seriously that I can't enjoy something like this and that's what I love about reading!

Honestly, I wasn't sure how much I would like it, rich girl trying to live an ordinary life, but it was a good story and kept me interested throughout. I enjoyed the characters and found myself rooting for them at the end! And I thought the title was such a clever little title!

Roommaid was narrated by Lauren Ezzo! I did struggle with listening to this a bit. It sounded slightly robotic. That was a little hard to get past!

This was my first book written by Sariah Wilson but I wouldn't hesitate to pick up another book of hers! Overall, I was smitten with Roommaid.

I love the plot and the fact that you know how much Madison liked Tyler but she didn't tell him and how you could tell that Tyler liked her and they have good chemistry

Sweet

I'm a huge fan on this author's generally sweet and clean romances. This one was also quite sweet and cute although I have to say that Madison, as the heroine, was a little too helpless. The idea is that Madison is a rich girl who decided to become a teacher and was disowned by her family. She is searching for a place to live and ends up finding a free room and board by dogsitting and cleaning Tyler's apartment. Tyler is a really attractive, absolutely sweet (unrealistically sweet) and rich man. The humor is to come from Madison's basic incompetence and while I did find parts of that amusing, I really wished that Madison had some areas of total competence. Not even just in the housekeeping aspect but she was pretty bad at everything and that makes it difficult to look at her positively. Still, overall, I enjoyed the story and the narration of the audiobook, read by Lauren Ezzo.
