very nice, short but sad
I enjoyed this book, it was short and sad. No steamy love making, but a filler book that sheds light on the lives of queen Lenora and her two grandsons. It basically fleshes out the relationship with Lenora and her husband Edward. The performance was outstanding.

Sweet but sad
I loved this tie-in giving more personal glimpses into their life. I probably cried through at least half of this book but it was worth it. The way she writes makes me feel like I'm there with them. I recommend reading the other books in the series first because the "jumping" will make more sense.

Outstanding!
I have been highly anticipating another taste of Emma’s beloved Royally series and I couldn’t wait. This latest episode doesn’t disappoint though it broke my heart, made me cry and concluded Leonora and Edward’s lifetime love affair in spectacular fashion making me smile and hope that Emma’s vision beyond the palace is true for us all. These characters are larger than life and unforgettable and now I’m left highly anticipating what happens next. Please tell me this beloved series will continue, Emma Chase? I listened to the audiobook version and I absolutely loved the outstanding vocal performances of Shane East and Andi Arndt who are among the best in the business. You’re going to love this book!
